VITAL MUSIC MAILORDER INFORMATION AND POLICIES 1) All prices in the catalog are postpaid in the USA via 1st class or Priority mail. Orders of 1-3 LPs, 10"s, T-Shirts or heavy zines like MRR are shipped via Media Mail unless you pay for Priority Mail. You can upgrade your order to Priority Mail for $3.25. 2) Orders being sent outside the USA are sent via Airmail
Orders shipping outside US/Canada containing one to three LPs or heavy items must be charged additional postage due to weight. If you are outside the above areas or are ordering a small order containing heavy items contact us and we will weigh the records and give the lowest price quote possible. Frequent quotes we process are: 3) Methods of payment: Check (US orders only) Make payable to Vital Music. Any person who bounces a check will be responsible for the $15.00 bank charge. Money Order (in US dollars payable to a US bank) Make payable to Vital Music. If you are ordering using the shopping cart system select the pay by check option at checkout and mail in the printout with your money order. Cash (well concealed at your
own risk). In US dollars or Euro only. For current exchange rates see http://www.x-rates.com/calculator.html 4) You can place your order using our online shopping cart system which will total your order for you. Then you can print out a copy of your order and mail it in with payment or pay online with your credit card. Credit card orders can also be phoned or faxed in. If you don't want to use the shopping cart system print out our order form, fill it out and mail it in with your payment the old-fashioned way. 5) There is no minimum order as long as your order contains a record, CD, zine, video or shirt. If you are ordering just patches and buttons the minimum is 10 pieces. If you want to order less than 10 pieces you must add them to an order containing a record, CD, zine or shirt. There are no exceptions to this policy and your order will be returned if it does not meet these requirements. 6) We usually process orders within a day of receiving them so most people see their order within a week of placing their order. 9) If your order subtotal is over $100.00 you can take 10% off the subtotal. The subtotal is the amount before any tax or additional shipping. Check out our specials page for monthly discounts. 10) Gift certificates are available for any amount. We will send the recipient a catalog, a gift certificate and a card.
